在O2裂解MD轨迹文件夹中执行该函数， 需要事先放入get_traj_focusing_O2_dissociation_site_batches.py脚本生成的error1.log文件（需要重命名）和 get_dissociating_o2_site_batches.py脚本生成的error.log文件 本程序从error1.log和error.log中提取不够精细的O2裂解帧在4w帧轨迹的frame number，并据此分析当下目录对应的MD片段轨迹文件， 获得目标O的序号，最后将结果写入input.txt文件中 目的是在存储服务器上调用存储服务器版本的get_detailed_MD_traj.py脚本时，修改脚本代码中的抽取列表，填入input.txt中的内容 方便快速批量提取对应的粗糙截取帧的MD轨迹细节
