结构的ovito数据集合

type_names_order : list

原子类型名称列表，索引对应原子类型编号

hollow位点原子索引列表

surface_neighbors (list): hollow位点外围表面邻居原子索引列表

max_neighbors=None) ‑> List[int]

获取hollow位点外围表面邻居原子。 注意：对于检测到的外圈原子数小于max_neighbors个的情况，建议单独处理，可能原因是对于该结构金属原子成键键长阈值设得过大， 但此情况无法避免，众口难调，已是最优参数设定，不建议修改，建议单独处理。对于纯Pd的情况较为明显，此时Pd半径小， 且结构较为致密。

type_names_order : list

原子类型名称列表，索引对应原子类型编号

hollow_site_atom_indexes : list

hollow位点原git 子索引列表

max_neighbors : int, optional

最大返回邻居原子数，默认None表示不限制
